WUDUBID.com Realtor's FAQ / Info
We welcome real estate broker and agent participation at our auctions!
A three percent (3%) commission of the successful bid price will be paid by the Seller to the qualified licensed real estate broker whose client is the successful bidder and closes on the property, provided the real estate broker is not prohibited by law from being paid such commission.
REALTORS
If you have SELLERS who might be interested in the auction method for selling their homes, we would be delighted to work with you!
This can benefit you, the Realtor, in many ways:
- Offer your clients new selling options;
- Expose the property to many potential purchasers;
- Assurance that the property will be sold at true market value;
- Sell the property in a relatively short period of time;
- Increase your revenue and market share;
- Auctions encourage people to look at all your listings;
- Successful auctions result in referrals and repeat business;
- Real estate professionals can earn commissions for referrals,
or as the cooperating agent, or as listing agent.
We will work with you every step of the way.
The first step for you is to make contact with your seller concerning the possibility of auctioning their property. If they are interested, call our office and make an appointment for an auction consultation with you, your client and our staff.
At the meeting, we will determine your client's needs. We will explain the auction process, and answer any questions you and your client may have. If they agree to auction their property, we will discuss the auction right-to-sale contract. Then decisions will be made for specialized marketing.
You, the Realtor, will be included in all aspects of the process, up to and including the auction. Our goal is to make you look good. You will be paid after the closing as in a regular real estate transaction.
